Come and relax in the heart of the Cathar country! Between the sea and the mountains, the appellation Corbières stretches out to you.
Discover this wine-growing region, which is constantly making its revolution. Diversity and a will to create the best a is waiting for you!
t the foot of the Pyrenees mountain, by the sea, the vineyards stand between mountains, coasts and plains.
This is how the natural and architectural panoramas stand out. Besides the villages are charming and the people are welcoming. Not to mention the local gastronomy! With Catalan, Mediterranean and mountain accents, the different influences have given this region a maze of tasty specialties.
The origins of the vineyard date from the extension of the vines on the Mediterranean by the Greeks.
However, it was the Romans who really developed this vineyard. With a history of many twists and turns, Languedoc is still fighting to erase this story that keeps going: mass production.
The winegrowers would rather do without this reputation, especially since the region's wines hide small
marvels and enjoy excellent value for money! This region with many grape varieties produces a majority of red (85%) and is concentrated around Carignan, Grenache Noir and Syrah, although Mourvèdre, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are never far for this region with 30 grape varieties.
The Gorges of Tarn and Hérault, the mountain ranges or the famous caves… the natural landscapes are not left out in the largest vineyard in France. The medieval city of Carcassonne, the castle of Peyrepertuse and the abbey of Fontfroide… This region is full of a wine, cultural and natural heritage!
