  • Focus 1 : Burgundy

On the road to the Grands Crus, you will count thirty-three. Clos de Bèze, Romanée-Conti, Chevallier-Montrachet... These names, all more prestigious one than the other, go from North to South and take you in one of the most talented French vineyards.
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are amazing in this place. Add a terroir with innumerable subtleties, you will find wines of singular finesse and elegance. While the Côte de Nuits cultivates the world's most famous and fine red wines, the Côte de Beaune retains an incredible blend of Grands Crus de Corton and Montrachet. From Chablisien to Mâconnais, winegrowers, small, gathered or merchants, compete with each other in pugnacity to perpetuate the legend.
Gastronomy, culture and wine, here are the faithful companions of Burgundy. Because the region is an anthentic and! Its unique wines, generous gastronomy and centuries-old cultural heritage will prove it to you. Burgundy's culture has long revolved around its vineyards. But its architectural heritage retains its breathtaking character. Between religious heritage, Castle and picturesque villages, the richness of the vineyards has made it possible to raise sumptuous monuments.
It is in the early morning, when the sun rises over this region and waters the vineyards with its gentle rays, that the name of the Gold Coast takes on its full meaning. Burgundy is not to visit, it is to live! From its landscapes to the people who live there, the authenticity and identity of this region is to be discovered…

    Focus 2 : wine region

    Chablisien:

This region is located in Yonne, and covers several towns and villages, Auxerre, Chitry, Saint-Bris, Irancy, Épineuil, Tonnerre, Joigny, Coulanges-la-vineuse, Vézelay and of course the most famous of them: Chablis. There are very known appellations: Chablis, Chablis premier cru and Chablis grand cru. We find the most prestigious vineyards in grand cru. The white wines from this terroir consist only of Chardonnay, known for its aromas of honey and its minerality. Sublimated by a perfect balance between fat and acidity, which makes all its charm.

    Côte de Nuits:

Located between Marsannay, and the Clos des Langres, the vineyards of the Côte de Nuits are unveiled in the commune of Corgolain. This sector has this name because of the village Nuits-Saint-Georges. We can find about thirty appellations, including 24 large vintages in villages with an international reputation (Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges) with legendary wines for example the famous Romanée-conti. The reds represent 90% of production, with a king grape variety: Pinot Noir.

    Côte de Beaune:

This terroir is located in the extension of the Côte de Nuits, between the hills of Corton and Montrachet. There are seven great vintages, six of which are in white wines, yet they produce 60% red wine. Originating from Chardonnay mainly these Corton-Charlemagne, Montrachet, Bâtard-Montrachet, bienvenue-Bâtard-Montrachet, Chevalier-Montrachet and Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet, make Burgundy wines shine all over the world.
