  • Focus 1 : Corsica

The island of beauty is one of the pearls of the Mediterranean Sea.
This secret place will reveal another aspect of itself : culture, gastronomy and wine tourism will be the new focuses of your Corsican trip.

Naturally, you'll also enjoy laying on these white sand beaches, swimming in turquoise waters, or going hiking on mountain massifs. But you should not miss the authentic corsica culture by meeting producers of Patrimonio, Muscat-du-Cap-Corse, wine of Ajaccio or still Corsican wine of Figari, Calvi, Sarténe …

What could we pair better with those wines than local specialities ?
The gastronomes will be pleased to recommend for your pairing all this typical food : brocciu cheese, fiadone, canistrelli, and so on!

This region will amaze you thanks to its landscapes, wines and cooking.

    Focus 2 : Wine region

AOC (PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN) Ajaccio:

In these mountainous landscapes, between the bays of Ajaccio and Sagone, you will discover a surprising and refreshing vineyard.
This region produces mainly rosé and red wines, but they also have white wines. Rather atypical for wines Corsica, these often show freshness, elegance and delicacy.
Enjoy this moment to discover the City of Napoleon, its market, its typical alleys, its magnificent sunsets on the harbour but also the unknown human warmth of Corsican people.

    Aoc Vin de Corse:

Leave Bastia to the North of the island to Solenza and discover the producers who produce the Vin de Corse. This appellation is mainly produced by big properties and cooperative cellars. It is characterized by aromatic red wines and floral and generous whites.
This region which extends on a large part of the West of the island is amazing for so much specialities : its old harbour and the natural reserve of the Pond of Biguglia are just few examples.

    Muscat-du-cap-corse:

In the Cap-Corse region, you'll discover "an island on the island", take your time to enjoy the coast and wild lands. Succumb to the beauty of Erbalunga. Have a drink next to the fishing port… This vineyard is the oldest of the island. Sweet white wines use to be produced in this area.
Vines are able to resist difficult conditions due to the winds and aridity to express the best of itselves on this rock soil.

    Patrimonio:

Certainly the denomination the most known for Corsica, in the North of the island, the region of Nebbio created this delicious nectar which enhanced the reputation of wines Corsica.
